Visiting us
What to expect when you come in.
The first visit is 90 minutes. Every visit after is 60 minutes with the same therapist. Private room. No handoffs. Here is how it works.
First visit
Ninety minutes. One therapist. No assumptions about your history.
The first visit is a full evaluation. Your therapist takes a complete history, symptoms, timeline, imaging, what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't. They assess posture, gait, breath, and load patterns across the whole body before narrowing in on your specific complaint. This is the visit where the plan is made.
At the end of the evaluation, you'll have a working diagnosis and a proposed treatment plan, number of sessions, frequency, and what success looks like. Most patients also leave with one or two specific things to work on at home. The plan is a draft. Each visit, your body has the final word on what happens.

Ongoing care
Same therapist. Same room. Someone who knows what changed since last time.
Every follow-up visit is 60 minutes with the same clinician who evaluated you. The first 5 to 10 minutes are a short check-in, what changed, what's better, what's worse. Then hands-on treatment for 30 to 35 minutes, followed by movement and exercise work that reinforces what the manual work just changed. You leave with an updated home plan.
Insurance and payment
We are in-network with select insurance plans. For patients who are out-of-network, we provide a detailed superbill after every visit for self-submission to your insurance. For out-of-network PPOs, partial reimbursement after the deductible is common. Our front desk can help clarify your coverage before your first visit.
