Dr. Deukyoung Cha, PT, DPT, is the Founder and Clinical Director of CHA Physical Therapy, with over 25 years of experience in orthopedic manual therapy and holistic rehabilitation. A graduate of Yonsei University and Stony Brook University, and a licensed physical therapist since 1998, Dr. Cha has worked across acute care hospitals, school systems, and private clinics, developing a deep and integrative approach to care. His signature Cha Method blends evidence-based techniques with movement science, breathwork, and postural re-education to restore balance and optimize function. A dedicated APTA Clinical Instructor, martial artist, and avid outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Cha brings the same focus and compassion to his work as he does to his life—as a teacher, healer, and family man.

Dr. Mansoo Kim, DPT, L.Ac., is the Clinical Director of CHA Physical Therapy P.C. II in Chinatown, New York City, where he has led care since 2019. A graduate of Yong-In University in South Korea and Dominican College in New York, Dr. Kim brings over 15 years of clinical experience in physical therapy and a unique dual-licensure in acupuncture. With a deep-rooted belief in both Eastern and Western healing practices, he integrates advanced manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and traditional methods such as cupping, tuina, and trigger point acupuncture to offer truly holistic care. Dr. Kim specializes in neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions—including stroke recovery, surgical rehab, and sports injuries—delivering thoughtful, individualized treatments that draw from both evidence-based physical therapy and traditional Eastern medicine.
